1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing AP Studio, or using its functionality,
the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A user who does
not agree must not use the service.
2. User accounts and security
- Users must provide accurate account information and protect their login credentials.
- Users are responsible for activity performed through their AP Studio account.
- Users must notify AP Studio if they suspect unauthorized access.
- Accounts may not be used to impersonate another person or organization.
3. User content and generated materials
Users retain responsibility for prompts, source materials, generated
media, titles, descriptions, audio, images, and other content handled
through AP Studio.
The user must review generated output and ensure that its publication
does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, advertising, financial,
platform, or other applicable rules.
AP Studio does not guarantee that automatically generated content is
accurate, error-free, unique in every possible semantic sense, or
suitable for a particular purpose.
4. Connected Google, YouTube, and TikTok accounts
- Users may connect only accounts they own or are lawfully authorized to manage.
- Connections are created through the platform's official OAuth authorization process.
- AP Studio does not request or store platform account passwords.
- Users may revoke authorization through AP Studio or the connected platform.
- Use of a connected platform is also governed by that platform's terms and policies.
5. Manual and automated publishing
AP Studio may support manual publication and user-configured automated
schedules. Automated publishing occurs only after the user configures and
enables the relevant functionality.
Users are responsible for reviewing destination accounts, content,
privacy settings, timing, disclosures, and platform requirements before
enabling publication.
Users may pause or disable supported automation controls. Platform
outages, expired permissions, moderation decisions, quotas, or API
restrictions may delay or prevent publication.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not use AP Studio to:
- publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content;
- access or control an account without authorization;
- bypass platform safeguards, quotas, review processes, or technical restrictions;
- distribute malware, steal credentials, scrape protected data, or interfere with the service;
- misrepresent generated content, financial results, platform affiliation, or another person's identity;
- violate Google, YouTube, TikTok, or other connected-platform policies.
7. Service availability and changes
AP Studio may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue functionality for
maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider changes, or technical
reasons. Continuous and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility
AP Studio is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted
by applicable law, the service does not guarantee publication approval,
audience reach, revenue, trading results, account status, or continued
access to third-party APIs.
Users remain responsible for their content, connected accounts,
publication decisions, regulatory obligations, and compliance with
third-party platform rules.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to
prevent abuse, protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or
respond to a serious security risk.
Users may stop using the service, disconnect platform accounts, and
request deletion as described on the Data Deletion page.
