1. Disconnect a YouTube or TikTok account

  1. Sign in to AP Studio.
  2. Open the YouTube Accounts or TikTok Accounts page.
  3. Select the connected account.
  4. Choose the delete or disconnect action and confirm it.

This removes the active OAuth connection from AP Studio and stops future use of that stored authorization record.

2. Revoke access directly at the platform

Users may additionally revoke AP Studio through their Google Account security settings or TikTok account authorization settings. Revocation prevents AP Studio from using that authorization again.

3. Request deletion of AP Studio account data

Send a request from the email address associated with the AP Studio account to sarievibragim8@gmail.com with the subject: AP Studio Data Deletion Request.

Include:

  • the email address associated with the account;
  • the AP Studio username or account identifier, if available;
  • whether the request covers the full account or specified data;
  • enough information to verify that the requester controls the account.

4. Information covered by a deletion request

Subject to applicable legal and security requirements, deletion may cover:

  • AP Studio profile and account information;
  • stored OAuth connection records, tokens, and platform identifiers;
  • saved templates, settings, and generated media associated with the account;
  • publication schedules and account-specific operational records.

Certain security, legal, anti-fraud, and audit records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Residual encrypted copies may remain in backups until those backups are rotated or deleted.

5. Content already published externally

Deleting AP Studio data does not automatically delete videos or other content already published to YouTube, TikTok, or another platform. Users must remove that content through the relevant platform account.
